Current Head to Head Odds

Gold Coast – $1.60

Essendon – $2.35

Prediction

Gold Coast will be looking to snap a three-game losing streak, while the Bombers don’t want to lose three on the trot.

This is a tough game to predict, given the form of the Gold Coast Suns this season.

Both sides looked good in patches last week and have their strengths. The Bombers have won their previous three matches against the Suns, and that trend may continue here. If the Bombers midfield can get on top and they can rectify some of their ball use errors from last week, they can win this match. A win will also keep them on track for a top 8 finish.

Our Pick – Essendon (Win)

Player Prop – Andrew McGrath + 79.5 Fantasy Points

Averages 82 for the season and had a quieter game last week with 73 points. Merrett or Shiel may get more attention defensively, and it could open McGrath up for some cheap touches.
