The NBA Game of the day for Sunday 24th January and we are going to concentrate on the late game between the New York Knicks and the Portland Trail Blazers.
The Knicks have been a little better than expected this season and have had good production from Julius Randle and RJ Barrett. The Blazers are a talented outfit in the Western Conference and will make it challenging for the Knicks who are on the rod for this one.

The Blazers are coming off a loss to the San Antonio Spurs, but have won 5 out of their last seven matches.

Injury Concerns

Reggie Bullock is doubtful for this match with neck soreness for the Knicks, and for the Blazers they will be without two key players in Jusuf Nurkic and CJ McCollum.

Prediction

The New York Knicks have looked pretty good on their road trip and come up against a Trail Blazers team without a couple of key players. If they can restrict the output of Damian Lillard, it will go a long way to causing an upset in this encounter.
Julius Randle has been in some pretty good form as has RJ Barrett and the Knicks on the money line seems to be a decent option in this clash.

Our Pick – New York Knicks + 3.5

Game Total Pick

Game Total – Over 213.5 Points

These two sides have a combined average of 217.5 this season, and the Blazers have not played since 18th January due to some cancelled games. That could mean a lack of defensive intensity and the Game Total to go over the number potentially.

Player Prop

Player Prop – RJ Barrett + 18.5 Points

Barrett has averaged 23.7 points per game in his last three matches and seems to be given the green light to put up shots recently. Has a season average of 18, but is beginning to grow in confidence and should get the chance to put up many shots in this clash.
