The Memorial Tournament kicks off this week in what is proven to be a star studded field and probably the best since golf restarted just over a month ago.

Last week it was Colin Morikawa who got the win in an impressive Display at the Workday Charity Open to win in a playoff over Justin Thomas on 19 Under Par.

Check out some of the highlights from last weeks PGA Tour Event below.

This week at the Memorial Tournament we have an impressive field assembled with the in-form golfer Bryson DeChambeau teeing it up and Tiger Woods playing his first tournament since the break.

Our Picks

Bryson DeChambeau

Current Odds – $11

A previous winner of the Memorial Tournament in 2018, DeChambeau comes into this even fresh after a week off and a win at the Rocket Mortgage Classic. He is hitting the golf ball ridiculously long at the moment and has the confidence to play well at any golf course.

Short odds once again, but if he gets the putter going, he will easily be in the final few groups on Sunday.

Patrick Cantlay

Current Odds – $15

Well favoured last week and failed to impress in the early stages, but stormed home with a round of 65 to finish in a tie for 7th. Cantlay plays well on this golf course and won the event last year, as well as a top 5 finish at the Memorial in 2018. He Didn’t hit the ball spectacular previous week, but some minor adjustments and the confidence of a hot finish make him a real contender.

Gary Woodland

Current Odds – $46

A solid finish at the Workday Charity Open last week, and the putter was working for Woodland. He will come into this event full of confidence, and he knows he is one of the longest drivers of the golf ball this week.

Woodland is a confidence player, and when he is hitting it ok and putting well, he usually features in the final groups on a Sunday.

Outsider

Stewart Cink

Current Odds – $301

If you like an outsider, then it may be veteran touring professional Stewart Cink. He finished 17th last week on 9 Under Par and has played the Memorial Tournament many times before. He broke Par in all four rounds last week, which shows he is playing confident golf and although an outsider, he may surprise this week.
